Leadership
The team running BCS.
Our leadership team
Amar — Founder & Managing Director
Co-founder and clinical lead. 25+ years across NHS primary care, with a track record of building scaled pharmacy services that put outcomes ahead of activity.
Faisal — Founder
Co-founder. Sets the long-term direction of BCS and owns the relationships with PCN Clinical Directors and ICB commissioners.
Sid — Head of Operations
Owns onboarding, contract delivery and consistency across every PCN. Makes sure the BCS standard lands the same way in London as it does in Yorkshire.
Zac — Head of Service Development & T&D
Translates DES, IIF and QOF into the structured programmes we deliver, and leads the in-house training curriculum.
Emil — PCN Manager & QA Lead
Owns PCN management delivery and the BCS QA framework. Audits clinical work and protects the integrity of every monthly impact report.
Sara — Operations Supervisor
Day-to-day operational delivery across the BCS hubs — workflows, scheduling and PCN-facing coordination.
How we run the business
Four functions. One operating standard.
Operations, Service Development, Training and QA are deliberately separate functions. That separation is what makes BCS different from a typical staffing supplier — delivery, design, capability-building and quality checking are each owned by people with a single, clear remit.
The leads meet weekly with the founders. Every PCN contract has named touch-points across all four — so nothing falls through the cracks, and every monthly impact report has senior eyes on it.
- Founders own clinical direction and PCN relationships
- Operations owns delivery and consistency
- Service Development owns programme design and DES alignment
- Training & Development owns capability and CPD
- QA is independent of delivery and signs off every report
- Weekly leadership review of every active PCN contract
