Why we built it
Activity reports don't change commissioning conversations. Outcomes do.
Every external pharmacy service can tell you how many reviews they did. Very few can tell you what changed because of them.
We built the BCS Impact Dashboard to move that conversation on — for our PCNs, for ICB commissioners, and for the strategic case for medicines management as a whole.
