Managed ARRS pharmacist provider

ARRS Pharmacist Service — every pound of your ARRS funding, working.

Bespoke Clinical Services is a managed ARRS pharmacist and ARRS pharmacy technician provider for Primary Care Networks across England. We handle ARRS-compliant recruitment, induction, supervision and ongoing CPD against Annex B of the Network Contract DES — so your PCN converts every pound of ARRS funding into measurable outcomes for patients.

What we deliver

The work, end-to-end.

ARRS funding is the single biggest financial lever PCNs have. Recruiting solo into the role is slow, isolating and high risk for retention. A managed ARRS service gives you the role, the supervision, the outcomes and the cover — without the management burden.

  • ARRS-compliant clinical pharmacists and pharmacy technicians (Annex B aligned)
  • Full recruitment and onboarding — usually live within 6 weeks
  • Weekly clinical supervision from senior pharmacists in our London and Halifax hubs
  • Structured CPD via the BCS Training & Development team
  • Sickness, holiday and maternity cover from the hub — no gaps in service
  • ARRS underspend mobilisation before year-end
  • Monthly outcomes reporting tied to your IIF and QOF targets

Outcomes

Measurable outcomes — every month.

Tracked in the BCS Impact Dashboard. Reported to your PCN every month. QA signed-off.

  • 100% of ARRS allocation deployed
  • Faster time-to-first-patient than direct recruitment
  • Higher retention vs solo PCN-employed roles
  • Measurable IIF and QOF impact within the first year

DES 26/27 alignment

How this maps to the Network Contract DES.

Fully aligned with the Network Contract DES 26/27 Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme. We deploy against the eligible roles list, evidence supervision against the minimum role requirements in Annex B, and feed outputs into PCN-level IIF reporting.

FAQs

Common questions from PCN Clinical Directors.

Are the pharmacists ARRS-compliant?+

Yes — every role we deploy meets the ARRS minimum requirements set out in Annex B of the Network Contract DES, including supervision, clinical governance and indemnity.

We have unspent ARRS allocation — can you help before year-end?+

Yes. Mobilising underspend is one of the things we're fastest at. Talk to us and we'll have a costed plan within 48 hours.

Who employs the pharmacist?+

BCS employs the pharmacist directly and takes full responsibility for HR, training, annual leave, sickness cover, supervision, indemnity and ongoing CPD. Your PCN gets the clinical capacity and outcomes — without taking on the employment, management or cover burden.

What about sickness or maternity cover?+

Cover is provided from our London and Halifax hubs — your PCN does not lose capacity. This is one of the biggest differences vs solo-recruited roles.
