Our Training & Development team is led by senior primary care pharmacists with decades of NHS experience. They write the curriculum, deliver the training, and supervise students and CPD learners alike.

Head of Training & Development — Zac

Sets the curriculum, owns the standard, and signs off every learning pathway across the BCS network.

T&D Supervisors — Yukshee & Sabiah

Run day-to-day delivery: live teaching sessions, case-based discussions, and one-to-one supervision of trainees and students.

Performance Supervisor — Umair

Monitors trainee progression, competency sign-offs and CPD evidence — making sure every learner is meeting the BCS standard.

QA Lead — Emil

Independent quality assurance on training outputs and clinical work produced by trainees and students.
